Refund policy
At Amaara Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and carefully inspect every order before shipment.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items once an order has been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return Authorization
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
